Includes: Eight to Ten workshops of up to 4 hours each. During these workshops we'll uncover key details to understand "who" your brand really is.

Workshop 01: 
Your journey so far
• Understand your brand and your backstory
• Understand your industry
• Identify your key offering
• Identify the brand USP/ differential
• Initiate customer analysis - Identify customer groups, their situations and needs
Workshop 02:
Your customer and their value to your business
• Finish customer analysis
• Map existing offerings to customer groups
• Revisit the identified gaps in your offering
Workshop 03:
Your brand personality and how you talk to your customer 
• Identify your brand personality and
• explore your tone of voice based on it
• Define your brand architecture
• Initiate competitive analysis
Workshop 04:
Understand your competition
• Analyse 3 main competitors, understand the areas where they excel, their shortcomings and the customer groups they target
• Conduct SWOT analysis
• Conduct gap analysis of your offering
• Attribute a lifetime $ value to each customer group
Workshop 05:
Position your brand
• Identify Brand promise
• Identify Brand Values
• Write a Mission and Vision statement
Workshop 06 and 07:
Conduct a marketing overview
• We'll put each of your marketing effort in a lane of it's own and identify their role in your marketing mix
• Identify key customer journeys
• Identify how your customers' journey progresses towards conversion and what each channel does to move the customer towards a purchase
• We'll also discuss what strategic, tactical and reactive/ seasonal communications looks like and how it relates to your marketing channels
Workshop 08:
Based on the role of your website in your marketing, as identified in the previous workshop:
• Identify the full sitemap for your website
• Identify key customer journeys and based on them
• Identify page by page content blocking of the full sitemap

At the end of the workshops, you will receive a full brand communication strategy that will serve as a foundation to all your marketing effort.

Process:
• Gather and formalise the requirement (1 Day)
• Identify key user groups and
   up to 3 key customer journeys (Day 2 and 3)
• Produce the wireframes (1 Week)
• Design, build, test and launch the website** (Up to 3 Weeks)
Deliverables:
• One 4 hour workshop to gather requirement
• Two 4 hour workshops to understand 3 key customer journeys and the customer groups they relate to
• One 4 hour workshop to co-design wireframes based on the identified customer journeys
• Ready to launch fully built website designed in accordance to your brand.** (If need be, I can conduct a full brand discovery and design your brand identity.)
