My name is Ben.

I am a UX-UI and an end-to-end CX designer. I studied computer engineering and get on well with technologists in finding design solutions to technical problems. In my previous life, I used to be an advertising creative director – I used to be the Head of Digital on the Etihad Airways account and Digital Creative Director on the Emirates Airlines account. I therefore understand marketing and brand, and their relationship with product. I still occasionally work on brand strategy for my clients.
