My name is Ben.
I am a UX/Product Designer, Shopify Designer and Webflow Developer with extensive experience in running workshops and stakeholder management. I have conducted User Research on many of my design projects and have also worked as an outright User Researcher. I am most familiar with Financial Services, Government/ GDS, Ecommerce, Hospitality and Airlines. I have worked with startups and small businesses and all the way to the RBSs and NatWests of the world.
I have a computer engineering background and get on well with the technical team in finding design solutions to technical problems. In my previous life, I used to be an advertising creative director for Emirates Airline and Head of Digital for Etihad Airways. I therefore understand marketing and brand, and their relationship with product. I still occasionally work on brand strategy and brand design for my clients.
